What happens during an in-person Reiki session?
You’ll lie down fully clothed and relax while gentle hand placements are used on or just above the body. The session is quiet and calm, allowing your energy to settle and rebalance.
What will I feel?

Do I need to do anything?
No — simply relax. You don’t need to believe anything or try to do anything. Just breathe and allow your body to receive.
